Brauð Toastbar is a cosy toast bar on Thorvald Meyers gate in Grünerløkka, Oslo, inspired by Copenhagen's toast bar scene. Known for creative open-faced toasts like the avocado with poached egg, chicken and bacon, and the chevre and mozzarella with cured ham, paired with excellent specialty coffee, it's one of the best brunch and lunch spots in Oslo's trendiest neighbourhood.
